McLean Province Homeowner's Association

The McLean Province Homeowners Association was established in 1991 via a merger of two separate communities that had been built in 1986 and 1988.  The community is located at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Kirby Road and Great Falls Street in Falls Church, Virginia.  We are about a 20 minute walk (1 mile) from the West Falls Church Metro station. The community consists of 128 residences; 127 townhouses and a single-family residence (inherited as part of the original land development).

In 2001 a consolidated and amended Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions was adopted by the community to form the core rules and regulations for the Community, with a goal to not only provide governance of the association but to preserve the appearance and property values of the community.

Architecturally, there are 21 different townhouse designs within the community with some slight variants within the individual designs.  The residences are situated around circa 1 mile of Community owned private roads and parking areas, comprising McLean Province Circle, Gervais Drive, Gillen Lane, and Van Tuyl Place. The Community adjoins a small Fairfax County park. The Longfellow Middle and the Haycock Elementary schools are our neighbors on the other side of the park.

The community is governed by a Board of Directors via a professional property manager.  The Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00pm, typically in room 108 at the Longfellow Middle School, 2000 Westmoreland St., Falls Church, VA 22043. See the “Announcement” page for the most current meeting information.

The property manager is National Realty Partners (NRP), 365 Herndon Parkway #106, Herndon, Virginia 20170, telephone (703) 435-3800.

The Board is supported by a Landscape Committee that meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month and by an Architectural Review Committee that meets quarterly. See the “Announcement” page for the most current meeting arrangements.

Owners and residents are encouraged to attend any of the meetings.

Board Meeting materials and meeting minutes can be found under the Residents Only page.
